Hello lovelies!

I’ve got something new for you this evening…Audio! Now you can listen to free health and weight loss audios on the go (while drinking your green smoothies of course)!!

I know most of us are busy, busy, busy and we don’t always have time to sit and watch or read articles. Personally, I love listening to podcasts and audiobooks because I can listen to them while I’m doing other things: walking my dog, driving, cleaning, etc. It’s so much easier to just plug in my earphones and go!

Today I’m sharing parts of my personal journey, weight loss frustrations, and I’ll provide you with the first essential steps to overcoming a weight loss rut. I know sometimes it can seem like I’ve got it “all figured out” but it took me a decade to get here! I hope these audios provide you with fast, easy access to inspiration, tips, and answers to help you along your way. Please know that you are not alone! I’ve been through the struggles and frustrations of losing weight and that’s why I am so passionate about helping others! If you have questions or particular issues that you are struggling with, please let me know in the comments section below. Lets all come together, support each other, and share ideas along the way!
