    I haven’t tried many superfoods, but I would love to start. Currently, I put chia seeds in my smoothies, salads, oatmeal, and yogurt. That’s a superfood, right?

    I love to make a super fudge! I use your delicious Cacao powder and mix it with Rae almond or cashew butter and a little raw blue agave nectar to sweeten. Mix it all together and enjoy it by the spoonful or spread on fruit or crackers. Keep covered and refridgerated. You can also roll it into balls and refrigerate and have fudge balls. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top or throw in some Gogi berries to make it more special. Also can be added to any nut milk and blended into a delicious creamy thick chocolate shake. I find it lasts, if I’m behaving, for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, covered.

    thanks for holding this wonderful giveaway! I love Navitas Naturals and its mission and philosophy. my favorite way to use superfoods is by adding them to my date bars that I make – gives me an extra boost in the morning or when I eat them as preworkout fuel.

    We have only used the cacao so far. Our favorite is to chill a can of coconut milk, scoop out the solid cream, add 1/4 cup cacao and some vanilla stevia to taste. Blend it all together and layer in a glass with fresh raspberries to make a parfait. Amazing!

    I love to add them to as many dishes as possible. have on salads, mix into yoghurt or blend into dips or smoothies and take vitamin.. cant get enough!

    my fav ways to each super foods is in smoothies, esp green smoothies, as base in salads (ex steamed kale) or as salad garnishes/home made salad dressings (ex. raspberry, nuts, etc)

    I would love Navitas Naturals Superfoods!! Every morning, I use the Cacao powder in my unsweetened almond milk with some Navitas Naturals Maca powder and a couple drops of NuNatural Stevia. Blend it in my mini blender for a few seconds. Yummy!

    What to do with Superfoods? I wish everyone that leaves a comment would also post their favorite(s) Superfood recipe. My “healthy” tennis playing husband had a heart attack and bypass surgery in 2010 and I am trying to learn what I can to live as healthy as possible. I need all the help I can get 🙂

    Wow! Just came across your site on Pinterest! I repinned and shared you on FB. Love your site and I love Navitas Naturals! I just started using them and put them in my smoothies right now. I also get the chia seeds and put those in my smoothies and sometimes hide them in cereal and other foods so my kids get an extra burst of nutrition! Thanks for all the information you post!     I just started doing green smoothies every morning a few days ago and already feel amazing and so thankful I gave it (and myself) a chance. I would LOVE to add these to my daily smoothie!

    Another thing I do is try to add spinach into everything! Topping on tacos, on a sandwich, etc.

    While I’m not a newbie to the superfood revolution, as a college student, it is hard to keep up with it because your money, unfortunately, gets swallowed up by other things. One of my roommates is vegan, and I find myself constantly staring at his food stash, itching I could steal some of his yummy, healthy snacks. I do gobble up the occasional Odwalla and POM drinks!! So yummy!

    My favorite at the moment is my chocolate delight mousse… a banana, an avocado and a few tsp’s of Cacao. It satisfies my chocolate cravings that I have been having lately! I have not tried Maca or Acai before, but I just put some in my iherb shopping cart :)…by the way I am afraid you have not got credit for the referral to iherb. I couldn’t get your code to work the first time I ordered from them. Which by the way was the liquid stevia. The best stevia I have ever had! I use the vanilla stevia in my kids steelcut oatmeal in the mornings and they love it. I used to use Sweetened Rice Milk so that it would make it a bit sweeter, but I am skipping that now. Rather have no sugar! 🙂 Thanks for all the great products recommendations!

    I love to use superfoods like maca, lucuma & cacao to make great smoothies and desserts.
    You can actually use maca very successfully in soups.
    Cacao makes a fantastic facial mask—simply combine it with avocado (avo, honey and cacao makes an equally awesome chocolate pudding in the food processor)
    Goji berries on salads, of course—or soaked for a few hours to make great drinks.
    Açaí powder and seltzer water makes a nice soda, too.

    Hello all! 🙂 My absolute favorite way to make a SUPERB superfood-packed quick meal is to make a chia-seed “tapioca” pudding.

    Here is the basic recipe: (one serving) 3 TBL of Chia Seeds, 1 TBL of Raw Cacao Powder, 2-3 TBL of any other superfood powdered delights of your choice (Maqui, Acai, Maca, &/or Green Food Powder), dash of Himalayan Pink Salt. Mix all dry ingredients together well. Add 1/2 cup of Almond Milk & Stevia/Sweetner to taste. Stir. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again. Let sit for another 5-10 minutes, until chia seeds are fluffy.
    Also very very yummy with Goji Berries, Raw Coconut Flakes, Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, and Vanilla!

    I found a really great recipe for raw chocolate mousse and I use cacao powder in it – it is DELICIOUS and the main component of the mousse are avocados (my favorite!!!) 🙂

    I love to use superfoods in smoothies. I also use chia seeds in my salads. I feel like they really help fill my up.     My family loves your smoothie recipes. I can not believe I can actually get my husband to drink the green smoothies! We like to add in supperfoods into our smoothies, homemade granola bars, and the breakfast muffins my boys eat on the way to school. We are trying to sneak in nutrients everytime we feed.
