Magic Monday

I just found out Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s wife was a vegan the last ten years of her life. In honor of their legacy of peace, make it a Meatless Monday! Need ideas? Here are loads of delicious meatless recipes!

I AM – the film, a MUST WATCH is streaming live on Gaiam TV. You can sign up for a free 10 day trial. This is a MUST SEE!! Seriously life changing!! My new Favorite movie, I could watch it again and again!

I know I’ve said this several times but here’s another reminder: Sick Fat and Nearly Dead is streaming live, for FREE on Hulu. If you are curious about juice feasting and haven’t watched it, now is the time!

Who else is addicted?! Follow me on pinterest!!

TDL gets A Lesson in Love “The key to any relationship or partnership is trust. And there is one aspect of trust that I think is most important is trusting that when moments of anger, sadness or frustration come up that the relationship is safe enough that each person can express their truth without the threat of the other person leaving the relationship if that happens.”

Don’t be a wet noodle.

Who knew making your own goat cheese was so easy?! I want to do this!!

OOOOHHH! Goat cheese! I want to do this too! Thanks for the link. I’m going to check this out.

I totally agree with the YOU GOTTA WANT IT philosophy. So many people say I want to ______________, but never do it and follow up. Your article recently on the ACT NOW- DO IT was brilliant. I have been implementing it this week and have been very productive and creative.

I enjoy the Detoxinista website also. She is where I found out about you! Great recipes.

Gonna check out the rest of the links here later on. Had a Meatless Monday with your Baked sweet potato with goat cheese and a side of broccoli – DELICIOUS! All my meals are meatless anyways, but that dish was wonderful.
    Have a great week!

      So true Kibby!
One week of just “Acting Now” will make a HUGE difference!! Life is SO much more productive that way!! This can also sometimes mean that instead of thinking “I really need to get some rest/slow down/take care of myself” we should do it right now! I did that this morning with a long hot shower, skin brushing, and rebounding. I felt so energized and ready to go, simply because I took the extra time to just give myself what I needed, RIGHT NOW! 🙂

Yes, I totally agree. For example, I’ve been putting off getting my sunflower sprouts going – takes just minutes. So, I did it, knowing that these little guys will grow and provide me/family/dogs with fabulous nutrition and it only takes minutes and costs pennies to grow yourself. Putting healthy, positive energy into growing, creating, acting is powerful and pleasing to one’s essence.

BTW, I’m hooked on your mint julep juice in the mornings before my huge green smoothie. I did write down the other juice recipes you put up yesterday in your article and can’t wait to try the pineapple, cucumber, mint – that sounds delightful!:)
Have a beautiful and prosperous day!
