Day 6 of Cleanse America started with this AMAZING Mint Chocolate Chip Shake. This is what I love about raw foods, you can have delicious, decadent recipes like this and still be cleansing!!

I LOVED Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream as a kid and it’s still one of my favorite flavors. This shake tastes exactly like to the real thing!!

Raw Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip Shake Recipe

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. I use VitaMix. You could also add some baby spinach to make it a more green in color and give it a boost in minerals!

Later in the day I had some Apple Cinnamon Chia Goodness sent to be by the lovely Kibby (such a doll, thank you babe!). It was SO good! I had never heard of it before but it was absolutely delightful and packed with amazing superfoods! Making this baby as soon as I finish typing this and sending it out to the ether world. Thank you!! I love mint and chocolate/carob together. so light and lovely! Glad you had a wonderful weekend!     Great recipes! I can’t wait to try the mint chocolate chip smoothie! I finished my 5 day juice cleanse on Friday and feel fantastic! I am so, so happy I did it and have been spreading the juice cleanse love to everyone. I have so many friends that are no interested in doing it which makes me so happy! Thanks again for all the inspiration and wonderful tips in doing a successful juice cleanse. I loved “Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead”. SOO inspiring!
