I have to say I am having a great time with this detox so far. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so well in my life and it’s guilt-free deliciousness to boot! I have never liked sweet potatoes, tomatoes or beets but absolutely loved the beets with the goat cheese that I had for dinner tonight (easiest recipe ever, btw).

P.S. I lost 2 lbs. this week already. Best time I’ve ever had eating guacamole, cheese and chocolate to my heart’s content!
I have been doing bi-weekly weigh ins and just remeasured myself today actually. You’re totally right about it keeping me motivated! I found that I’ve actually lost 5 lbs. since the beginning of the month and 2 inches each off of my waist and thighs. I can just feel myself getting cleaner and leaner (and turning into a rapper with my mad rhymes apparently? haha). I’m also usually a crappy cook, but these recipes are fool proof and actually taste great, so I’m happy as a clam.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I’m enjoying it so far! And I love that you can feel and see results immediately. All the more motivation to keep it up!
