How to get your Groove Back
I just had a fantastic weekend down south at a fabulous wedding. The weather was great, the food and drinks were incredible and best of all, we got to share all of it with great company! But now it’s Monday…back to the real world. How do we switch gears and get back into a healthy routine?
For me, I always go back to the things I know make me feel good. Green Juice is a BIGGIE for me, it’s a non-negotiable. I’m in no way against people letting lose and enjoying great food & drinks when the situation arises. As important as it is to let loose and have fun, it is equally important to ‘come back home’ so to speak. Home for me is alkaline fruits and veggies to combat the acidity of the weekend festivities.
So in other words, go ahead and enjoy your cocktails but get back on track once the week begins.

Try this little experiment, have a juice every morning for a week and then go 2-3 days without a green juice. You will experience first hand what I’m talking about.
