The last 3 days have been SUPER BUSY for me so my meals have not been too exciting. I can’t seem to get enough of these – I’ve been drinking them for 3 days straight!! So good!!

I’ve been having lots of salads. Simple salads with mixed greens, whatever raw veggies I have on hand, a sprinkle of nutritional flakes, hemp seeds and vinaigrette dressing. Very simple, very good, and very easy to make – my kind of meal!!

Last night I decided to get fancy and make some raw Mac & Cheese from Matthew Kenny’s book Everyday Raw. It was so decadent and amazing!! It would be a fantastic replacement for those of you who are trying to stay dairy or gluten free! I will post the recipe tomorrow but here’s a quick teaser. I made the noodles using a spiral slicer – an absolute must have!!

    im hoping to do my FIRST EVER juice cleanse at the end of this month, im nervous, but look forward to enjoying all of the delicious juices! Going to aim for 3 days.. then a week.. and go from there. Wish me luck! any suggestion on what all day juice to start with? the Green juice, I LOVE.. or the green lemonade??

    I think you should do a post on cleansing tips and eating clean on a budget. I always wanted to try all these things but my food budget is very limited. 🙁

    Love your website! Your website has helped me change alot of my eating habits. I’ve not had a coke/pepsi product for 6 months, so proud of myself! I drink lots of water. I drink teas. I make my sweet tea with stevia. I’ve even got my husband using stevia in his tea! What is your opinion on teas? Also, what is your opinion on carbonated water? I’ve come across some flavored carbonated water, but I’ve never heard or read anything on carbonated water.

    I have a green smoothie on the mornings I wake up hungry. I’ve recently started putting flaxseeds in my smoothies. Love how it makes me feel fuller longer! I was wondering if I could mix flaxseeds with chia seeds in my smoothies?

    Linda- I am so thankful Pinterest lead me to your site! Green juice has completely changed my body! I had such awful stomach and digestive issues. Since juicing I rarely have any problems. However, I am at a loss of what to do with all that green pulp and hate to waste it. I don’t have a dehyrdrator or I would make crackers. Any suggestions?

      That’s fantastic Sherry!! You can follow the same “raw” recipes only use the stove at the lowest setting! I hope that helps!! xo

    I recently purchased a vitamix and wanted to know if I can use the juice recipes with my vitamix or are they only for juicers?
