It’s crazy to think that it’s almost mid February!! Spring break is only a month away and with spring break usually comes beaches and warmer weather (thank goodness)!! As you know, I love juicing as my go-to for a quick slim down. Plus it makes you feel absolutely WONDERFUL both inside and out! I know most of us are typically focused on the vanity of health but there really is no replacement for feeling good internally!
This Beach Babe Juice aids in weight loss while acting as a detoxifier and appetite suppressant when drunk first thing in the morning.
Here is a breakdown of nutrients and benefits of the Beach Babe juice.
The carrots provide antioxidants and vitamin A which helps the liver to cleanse toxins out of the body. Carrots also support the skin and help to create that beautiful GLOW.
The citrus in this juice provides the body with hesperidin and diosmin which are bioflavinoids found in citrus fruits like lemons, limes and oranges. These bioflavinoids support:
- fat metabolism
- healthy cholesterol levels
- active metabolic function
- healthy veins (great for bulging veins and varicose veins!!)
- immune system function

- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 apples
