Yesterday’s meals were a little on the boring side…but it’s an accurate look at what my busier days look like and how I manage!

I always start my day with 1 cap of 80 billion probiotics from ReNew Life. If there was just one product I recommend everyone take, this is it. Breakfast was 3 scrambled eggs with shredded collard greens (from Trader Joe’s), a little sea salt & pepper, sriracha, and a slice of Ezekiel toast.

I had a very busy day yesterday and knew I would not have time to make any meals so I prepped a HUGE summer kale salad and added shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken I picked up from Central Market. Literally it was enough to feed a family of four!! I ended up having that as my lunch, snack, and dinner! It’s my absolute favorite salad at the moment so I didn’t mind having the same meal over and over for the rest of the day.

I’m also trying to make a conscious effort to stay hydrated so sipped on this simple sugar free homemade lemonade all day. It’s just lots of fresh lemon juice, water, ice, and stevia. I like mine really lemony so I can get all the amazing health benefits!
