healthy peppermint #mocha!!  A dash of @NuNaturals #stevia coco syrup & coco mint syrup, organic cream, and hot coffee!! It's like dessert for #breakfast without the guilt!!

I started my day with this new peppermint mocha recipe I’ve been making lately and am TOTALLY obsessed with!! The flavored coffee drinks from Starbucks and other places can be super toxic which is sad because they are so delicious! I haven’t had a dessert style coffee drink in years so I was beyond excited when I found out about NuNaturals new chocolate syrup blends! They are all natural and made with stevia so they are sugar free and chemical free. Simply add a squirt of syrup, a dash of almond milk or organic cream, and coffee. It’s like dessert for breakfast!!

Breakfast was a toasted Ezekiel muffin with smeared avocado, sliced tomatoes and eggs sunny side up. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper and I’m starting my day as one happy lady!

Lunch started with a salad I picked up from Central Market. It’s my favorite one made up of kale, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, cranberries, candied ginger, and an orange sesame vinaigrette.

Chicken Broccoli Quinoa Bake

Then I had some left over Skinny Chicken Broccoli and Quinoa Casserole from yesterday. It looks like a big gooey mess, but it was good!

Spelt spaghetti with marinara and crumbled goat cheese

I have been cleaning out and organizing my home and office all week and was feeling especially lazy after a long day so dinner was a simple spelt spaghetti with tomato basil marinara and crumbled goat cheese. Oh, and a glass of vino!
