I tried some that weren’t in the book. I tried eating the book. It tasted better than most of the diets.” I’m sure most of you can relate, I know I can! I spent half of my life dieting and tried everything from counting calories, protein shakes, diet foods, raw foods, juice fasting, every cleansing product on the planet, restriction, diet pills, shakes, veganism, vegetarianism, you name it!! But none of these ever got me where I wanted to go. Either I lost zero weight or I would lose weight only to gain it all back and then some.
If you’ve been following me online and on my website, you know that my approach is different then most. I focus on giving my clients the tools they need to gain a deep understanding of how the body works, what food it’s designed for and how to listen to the body’s signals. Once you really understand how the body works on a physiological level, you’ll never have to wonder what diet is the best, which foods are ok, and no more counting calories or excessively exercising to keep your weight down.

Here’s what my life was like before:
- Constantly losing and gaining weight.
- Constant hunger and cravings.
- When my weight was up I would feel too self conscious to go out. I would stand in front of my closet for hours trying to figure out what to wear and hating the way all my clothes fit me.
- Counting calories, restricting, and exercising for a few weeks then falling off the wagon, binging on junk food and feeling like a complete failure.
- I was extremely moody.
- I suffered with depression & anxiety.
- I was constantly angry at my body. I always felt like my body was working against me.
