  1. Just curious … how does ‘stevia’ differ from pure vanilla or vanilla extract? And is chocolate powder the same as cocoa?

    1. Hi Lori,

      Stevia and Vanilla are two separate things.
      Stevia is an all natural sugar substitute. The stevia I used has vanilla extract added to it.

      As far as chocolate powder goes, just look for one that is pure cocoa powder – not sugar + milk + cocoa, which is more like a hot chocolate mix.

  2. Hi Linda, have just found your site and an enjoying reading and learning. The recipe for the green smoothie and the berry smoothie are how many servings? It seems like a really large serving? 32oz? Thank you!

  3. 32oz = 1-2 servings depending on the person. A larger, more active person may have more and a smaller, more sedentary person may have less. The important part is to listen to your body and have as much as you need to feel full. Some people will have 16oz for breakfast then the other 16oz between breakfast and lunch 🙂
