This Warm Sweet Potato & Chickpea Salad looks super healthy and hearty! I love that the creamy dressing is dairy free! You can also add some shredded kale to the mix to make it even more nutritious!
I’ve been loving spicy roasted cauliflower lately and this Roasted Cauliflower with Red Chile, Cilantro & Lime looks soooooooo good!! This would be great on it’s own as a snack, on top of a salad, or as a healthy side dish.
This Quick Lime Cilantro Chicken looks really yummy. I would bake it in the oven or grill instead of pan frying; then serve with vegetables for a super yummy and healthy meal you can feel good about! This lime cilantro chicken would also taste AMAZING on top of this kale salad!!
I love meals like this Roasted Chicken Sausages with Brussels Sprouts, Fennel and Potatoes. Super hearty, bursting with flavor and great for the whole family!
Oh my goodness, how amazing are these Spicy Shrimp Tacos with a Southwest Avocado Sauce?! I’d serve them in a big piece of green leaf lettuce instead of the tortilla to keep it low carb and properly combined. Can’t wait to try these!!
I love Indian food and this Spicy Chickpea Curry looks easy to make and super delicious! I would serve with quinoa to up the mineral content and maybe add some spinach or kale to the curry.
I am 100% obsessed with kale salads at the moment and this oneRawmazing looks so good! I love how colorful it is and the dressing sounds lovely!!
