I’ve had a busy summer travelling and working on new projects (very exciting stuff coming soon!!) which has left little time for recipe creation and blogging. I want to make sure you still have some yummy, healthy inspiration to help you lose weight, stay healthy, and enjoy doing it!! Remember that eating healthy should be fun, and DELICIOUS!! Here are some yummy veggie recipes from some of my favorite blogs that are sure to make your mouth water!!

This is what I call cheating the right way. Take a regular grilled cheese and make it epic by adding lots of veggies and using high quality nutritious bread. Not the healthiest meal, but definitely ok every now and then when you just need something a little “naughty” to satisfy your cravings! Sparkling Strawberry Rosé Sangria

I recently discovered the Brooklyn Supper blog and love their seasonal approach to whole food cooking! Everything looks fresh, amazing, healthy and delicious! This gorgeous Sparkling Strawberry Rosé Sangria is the perfect cocktail on a hot summer day! I can’t wait to try it!

I don’t even know what to say other than, “WOW”. This BBQ Cauliflower Salad is genius and I want it in my belly right. now.

Iced Chocolate Drink

David Lebovitz has amazing dessert recipes. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth anymore, although I used to before I switched to a more mineral-rich diet. I still have a soft spot for chocolate though and this Iced Chocolate Drink looks like absolute heaven. I’ve made his 4 ingredient chocolate cake which was heavenly and I’m sure this Iced Chocolate Drink is just as decadent!!

      It depends on the type of vegetarian. Pescetarians eat shrimp, seafood, and dairy products, vegans do not. It’s all about your preference! 🙂
