There are already 25+ people from Facebook and Twitter who are on board so we’ll have a wonderful group here and on social media to share recipes and  support each other! I’d love for you to join us! If you are new to Juice Feasting, check out my complete step by step guide

to help you get started and answer all your questions!

Juice Feasting 101

Juice Feasting is performed by consuming large quantities of freshly extracted juices and nothing else. It’s called a feast because it’s literally that, a FEAST of fresh squeezed juices! You can enjoy as much as juice as you like so you will still have energy to go about your daily functions. I highly recommend watching the documentary “Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead” it’s streaming live on Hulu and Netflix. It’s a GREAT motivator and a truly inspiring story of transformation!!

Juice Feasting is one of the most cleansing and rebuilding programs on the planet. The Juice Feasting 101 ebook is a step by step guide that gives you specific instructions on how to juice feast, what equipment you’ll need, how much produce you’ll need, what to expect, how to prepare, how to transition out of the juice feast, how long to juice, frequently asked questions, and more. In addition, there are loads of delicious recipes which will help you stay on track and have fun during the feast!

Just some of the benefits of juice feasting supports:

  • weight loss, many people have reported up to 20lbs in 20days!
  • clearer skin
  • improved vision
  • improved overall sense of well being
  • better sleep
  • healthier immune system
  • healthy blood pressure
  • healthy cholesterol
  • and so much more!!

“I did a juice fast for 7 days for detoxification and it surprisingly cleared up my eczema 100% I suffered for years with eczema and dermatologists had not been able to help me and would actually cause flare ups from their harsh steroid creams. i also do 7 day water fasts twice a year for spiritual reasons but i never felt anything like on the juice fast. it’s been 2 years since my fast and the eczema hasn’t come back.”-Laydee

“Hi Linda, I have been juicing more than a year now. I lost weight…I never ever had migraines again…my superficial gastritis is cured …and I’m feeling much energy and more alive. A lot of my friend ask me if I did BOTOX… my skin is more shine and better than before. Thanks Linda” -Rosemary

My step-dad (Mr. Meat and Potatoes himself) and I will be joining you. But we’re starting on Sunday for work reasons. I’ve ordered some juices from a local juice company here in Detroit, but I’m looking forward to supplementing and continuing after the three days with your recipes and advice! Thank you.

    Hi Linda,
I have what is probably a silly question but it has me a bit confused…
When you are juicing are you using an actual juicer or are you using your blender and using the whole fruit or veggie?
    Thank you…
    Julie

    • Linda February 23, 2013 at 3:43 am #

      HI Julie,

I’m using an actual juicer 🙂

    Hi Linda!
I bought the book and have read through it. We should still be drinking water regularly correct? This is my first Feast, I am pretty excited for it. I have my boyfriend and my co-worker and her husband participating as well!

    • Linda February 23, 2013 at 3:43 am #

Awesome!! Yes, you can still drink water, although you make not be as thirsty since you’ll be getting loads of hydration from your juices!

    Hi Linda!

I just bought a juicer, and then got your ebook yesterday. I will be starting the Juice Feast on Monday too! I stumbled upon your website about a month ago from Pinterest, and I have to tell you, you’ve been such an inspiration to me. I’ve been making your Green Smoothie a lot. I love it, and I love how I feel all day after drinking it! I’m so excited to try juicing, and to really kickstart a new healthy lifestyle. Will you be posting each day of the Feast? i’m anxious to hear how other people do with it, especially those who may be trying it for the first time as well.

Thank you for all you do!

    • Linda February 25, 2013 at 9:43 pm #

Awesome!! Yes, I will be posting during the feast!! xo

Hi Linda, I’m going to do the juice feasting on Monday as well!!
I’ve been doing the smoothie detox thing for a week to cleanse a little, it was smoothie for breakfast and dinner while in between i had normal food.
It will be interesting to try juice for some days!! I got my juicer today and already tried it, the juice was really yummy!! I just realize that lots of fruits is needed (really lots!!)
Going shopping later to buy all the things i need!
Thanks for the ebook, interesting one!

Hi Linda! I just bought your book and I would love to join the annual juice feast! Will we receive daily emails as support for the feast? I do not have facebook or twitter so I’m hoping there is another way to be a part of the feast.

    Hi Linda!
I’ve been following your blog for about a year now and love your recipes, ideas and philosophies. My boyfriend, my mom and her boyfriend and I are all doing the 3 day juice feast with you! Your E-book was incredibly helpful and definitely got us on the right track.

I’ve hesitated to do a juice feast like this in the past as I have type one diabetes, but I feel very positive that it’s going to go smoothly! I’ve got my mason jars full of goodness ready to go in the fridge for lunch and snacks – I was curious though, are we able to have hot water and lemon/ginger while doing the feast? I was thinking it might be a nice substitute for coffee/tea.

Looking forward to your feast updates!
    – Ainsley

Day 1 success!! Since I don’t have a juicer yet I used my blender with a lot of success if I say so myself 🙂 The e-book has been very helpful. I’m feeling a bit tired, but that’s pretty much it. Thanks so much Linda!! Looking forward to tomorrow 🙂

  19. Elizabeth Diane February 27, 2013 at 2:07 am #

Linda, is there much difference in juicing and using a vitamix with the whole fruit/vegetable? Also, I have always heard that the drink should be consumed right away rather than made, refrigerated or frozen. Do you have a thought on this?
