You’ll need:

    You keep saying the Vitamix, I love you postings and comments but, I use the Healthmaster you know the one that Montel Williams always talks about, I got mine about a year ago. It is just as good and cheaper. Especially since I got it on QVC. Also, my sister and I did a side by side test, because she has to the Vitamix, and they came out the same, juicing and everything.

    Loving this shake and your blueberry one as well – thank you for your inspiration Linda – I have made so many of your other recipes, the stewp, healthy broccoli chesse soup, roasted root veggies, roasted tomato bisque, quick corn chowder – I cant thank you enough for this sight.
