Pizza Toast

Easy, Healthy Pizza Toast!

People often complain that eating healthy takes too much time and effort. I totally disagree!! The majority of my meals are super fast and easy! Pizza Toast is one of my favorite go-to snacks and makes a great impromptu lunch/dinner. It’s SO easy to make and it’s also super clean. Kids love this recipe too!

You’ll need:

Simply toast your Ezekiel Bread, then top with marinara and goat cheese and place under the broiler in your oven or toaster oven for 1-2 mins until the cheese has softened. You may also want to top your pizza with some veggies or a thin slice of tomato and a sprinkle of fresh basil!

I admit, I have pizza toast all the time! It’s faster and easier than making a real pizza and waaaaaay better then ordering takeout! Have you heard about the crazy chemicals in delivery pizza and take out foods?

I always have marina, Ezekiel Bread, and goat cheese on hand. There are SO many things that you can do with them! Pretty much all vegetables taste good with a little marinara and goat cheese on top! Little modifications like these help you stay on track with your weight loss but still feel satisfied. Remember, there are always smarter, healthier ways to “cheat” with your diet!

  1. I LOVE it! I’m with you too! Super easy and healthy! I keep all the same ingredients in stock at the house all the time too. I bought a special Capricho de Cabra goat cheese with black pepper today and WOW! it is SPECIAL! It would be perfect on this pizza toast recipe. I know what I’m making for lunch tomorrow.
