Great video, Linda! Taking time for oneself is VERY important! I have been doing so recently and it has helped me immensely. I have been taking time in morning to do some yoga stretches – feels great for my body, calms my mind and puts me in a good place for the day. As I’m doing them, I’m saying affirmations. Really been working on changing my vocabulary. Scott and I also like to go for a walk after dinner. Either around the neighborhood or around our yard and look at the beautiful flowering shrubs/trees/perennials, etc. and to watch our newly hatched baby mockingbirds nest. It connects us and gets us into a peaceful place with one another. I’ve been making a point to stretch before going to bed – me time and I’ve been sleeping better. Get out of the rut and do something special for yourself. YOU ARE SO WORTH IT! Thanks for everything, Linda! You are such a beautiful, shining, inspirational spirit that touches us all. XOXO

Thank you Kibby!! I’ve been super busy so have to focus on it myself!! Tonight will be a long, hot dead sea salt bath and skin brushing!!

OOOHH! That hot bath sounds good! Dead sea salt? Better than epsom salt? Different? I am intrigued! Have a good night!

Hey Kibby, not sure if I already answered this…yes they are different. I prefer dead sea salts as I just notice more of an effect from them!!

Thanks so much for this video Linda. Couldn’t have come at a better time. I was doing so well with eating healthy, exercising, etc., then just got off track and into bad habits again. I hate that’s I much. I’ve been overtired and stressed out, so I think I really need to take those breaks and get back on track. Thanks!!

P.S. you’re hair looks amazingly shiny and healthy, I’m jealous! lol!

      Thank you Daniella!!
Yes, times of stress are the PREFECT time to focus on self care instead of eating bad foods for comfort!! 🙂
