Looks great! I had a hemp milk, chia seed, spirulina, spinach, frozen bananas, stevia smoothie this morning and WOW! Love these so much! Fuel me for morning. My post-workout smoothie today (after planting 27 plants for a customer – remember I am a landscaper) was: water, chlorella tabs, spirulina, maca, colostrum, Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder, spinach, aloe vera gel, chia seeds, stevia and frozen bananas. Super restorative, nutritious and satisfying smoothie. I rarely get sore and achy after doing something like this when I have those kind of smoothies. Have a great weekend!

I love, love, LOVE my VitaMix and highly recommend investing in one if you are ready to make serious changes to your diet. I have had mine for almost 5 years and use it daily! If you’re not ready to drop that kind of cash, I also like Hamilton Beach which makes some great budget friendly blenders that you can get at your local Walmart or Target.
