You Are Either Growing or Dying

I truly believe our only job in this world is to love The Uni-verse, love ourselves, love our fellow planet dwellers and work on ourselves. I believe that if we do that, then EVERYTHING else tends to be taken care of. This story or idea is not yet widely held, but one day it will be. Our purpose on the planet is to Love and Be Loved in our own unique ways, so The Uni-verse supports that purpose.

When we grow, we begin to see this is true. When we step out into the uncertainty of our dreams, we will see that we will either be taught how to fly or we will be caught – that’s just simply how it works!

Good morning, Linda! Loved the article from TDL with Mastin Kipp. I totally and firmly believe it! A couple of years ago when I was aware of “peeling layers” and uncovering old patterns, behaviors, etc. , it was a bit unnerving and uncomfortable. Now, I welcome the “peeling of layers” to find out more about myself, grow and change. Before, there was resistance, now there is openness.

Love the chocolate article. I also ADORE dark chocolate!

Like the concept of no-tv for the month. We don’t have cable or tv access either. Haven’t for many years. We have a tv screen that my husband has run the computer thru so that we can watch just about anything (tv shows, some movies) whenever we want. I personally like taking a night or two off and “do things” for me. Read, play in the kitchen creating food, sew, catch up on organizing/de-cluttering, etc. I just might incorporate a few more days into the week thru out April and see how it goes. I just got a yoga DVD thru Netflix that I have yet to watch b/c I have been so busy with work. I have a slow week this week and think I will pop it in the player and do it. Maybe even at night – when I would normally be catching up on a show.

Joined the Cleanse America! I am so excited about this and looking forward to it. Will be doing this on my birthday (12th) and would normally go out for sushi. This time, it will be something raw and know that I am adding to my life (physically, emotionally and spiritually). Good way to celebrate re-birth!

    Have a great week, Linda!

What a great list of articles. The one on turning off tv inspired me– I don’t watch much of it myself, but the internet similarly sucks up my time. Also love the article on natural dyes!!

Also, all of the recent articles on GMOs are worrying. The whole idea has creeped me out since they first started introducing them in the late 90s… if the companies would just be honest about using GMOs they’d save themselves the money they’re wasting on law suits!!! :/

Jen, I know, the whole GMO thing is crazy!
