Linda, this was a GREAT vlog! I have finally come around to not label myself as you mentioned. At first, I was a dogmatic “raw foodist” and was too strict on myself and then was a bit militant with the vegan approach and have now found a balance with myself and body to do what is best. I am the same as you to eat all food in wholesome state as much as possible. “Not labeling” has lifted a heavy veil and I now have freedom, creativity and more passion with food and life that I love. Thanks for the inspiration and sharing. You have such an enduring nature and you look really nice in navy. Have a great weekend! XO ~ Kibby

    Hi,
I just found your blog /website earlier this week while looking for green smoothies. I’ve been captivated ever since. It’s just so strange, I have never really been introduced to “juice feasting” and then on Wednesday I heard one of the people at my job speaking about it and how he has done it since the new year after seeing that movie. Also I was going to tweet you again and ask you what you were yesterday and I decided not to, because I felt after all it didn’t matter, and then today you posted this video. So I’m really glad I found your site, you have definitely made me feel much more positive this week and I’m enjoying tuning in on a daily basis to stay motivated to eat clean healthy foods. I must hand it to you, it was because I found your blog that I’ve decided to no longer “diet” (which is something I’ve battled with for years) and just focus on eating clean healthy foods. So far this week I’m down 4 lbs. So thank you! 🙂

I loved that advice!! That is kind of where I’m at right now because I’ve tried following different strict diets and feel like I’m just setting myself up for failure. I’m a huge fan of eating intuitively and have found that when I listen to my body it never leads me astray and I usually get what I need and feel my best.

Angela Zanolari, I’d love to watch, what’s the link?

Haven’t up loaded the videos yet. Don’t know if they’ll be good enough. My dogs and baby got in the way! I’ll have to edit them first. It’s tough to do this with a baby to care for. I’m learning though 🙂 but so true about labeling. It’s been my downfall for so many years trying to be a perfect something.

Agreed!! Difficult to do the videos/edit without interruption and magnified with a baby I’m sure!! And perfection, when will we realize there is no such thing?!
