Have a great time at the event! Would love to be there in person. Cool that you will be offering video for purchase for us. Thanks for all the travel tips. I made a chocolate superfood smoothie today before going to do some landscaping work (moving a bunch of heavy rocks). It worked like a charm and tasted so amazing! Water, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, CocoCeps, maqui, acai, spirulina, vanilla stevia, and chia seeds (LOVING). Chia seeds bring in such a creamy texture and thicker density, which I like in a smoothie. Look forward to your adventures and feedback from the weekend! XO

Hey, I am from Nebraska and it stings when you talk about it being cold and dreary! Lots of good people here and we can’t control the weather! Good luck in Iowa, I truly enjoy reading your site, lots of good information and positive tips. I have always wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciate you and am sure Austin is a great place to be from!!!

Hi Marla, I don’t mean it in a bad way!! I went to school at Iowa State so I know there are LOADS of amazing people here in the midwest!!! Most of my family is from the midwest! It was just hard yesterday, specifically since the weather in Austin had been so phenomenal. We have been getting lots of rain and then all of a sudden it was 85deg and sunny! Lots of love to you! xo
