I love your blog & this hummus is delicious. Zuchini was a good choice. I made it with my own tahini paste. It’s easy plus the aroma of freshly roasted sesame was mouth watering. I pan roasted 2 cups of sesame seeds on the stove (medium low for about a min. with constant stirring) till they turned light gold. Then blend it with 3/4 cup olive oil in food processor. This paste will keep, refrigerated, for about 3 months.
Hi. Thank you for your web site and recipes. I made the zucchini hummus and the flavor is good but mine turned out a little thin. I was wondering what to do to thicken it? Thank you.
